Bluewolf has announced the launch of Salesforce Fullforce Solution for the telecommunications industry, Bluewolf AI Now for Telecommunications, which will be generally available later this month.

The solution is powered by Global Strategic Partner Vlocity, a leading provider of industry cloud software, and uses a single digital platform with integrated intelligence from IBM Watson for delivering faster and more predictable deployments. Their partnership aims to drive industry-specific Salesforce innovation and solutions to companies of all sizes. Communications service providers (CSPs) will be able to transform customer engagement to value through unified billing, commerce, phone activation, sales and communications across all channels.

Bluewolf AI Now provides augmented customer intelligence through incorporation of Watson Conversation and Personality Insights technologies that works across multiple online communication channels. Chatbots are employed to interact with customers and deliver personalised offers and promotions.

Vlocity Communications is built natively and additively on the Salesforce platform to deliver Enterprise Product Catalog, CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), Contract Management, Order Management, and Retail Clienteling applications and pre-built business processes that help CSPs deliver a differentiated customer experience and operate with increased business agility. Sales Cloud Einstein Lead Scoring and Opportunity Insights help CSPs to prioritise between high-value leads. Service Cloud Einstein Supervisor Insights identifies the most timely customer cases to focus on.

MATRIXX Digital Commerce Platform provides instant invoicing for any product or service and allows for real-time charging and billing. It also deploys an always-on customer engagement.

Customers are provided with a true omni-channel experience through usage of native iOS mobile applications by CSPs who provide customer service and sales management, with full offline capabilities anytime, anywhere. Access to personalised offers, on-click purchasing, and access to on-demand content, directly from carriers is provided to customers.

Eric Berridge, CEO of Bluewolf, attributes the secret behind providing exceptional customer moments to leveraging the use of Augmented Intelligence (AI) by investing in analytics and using it as a competitive advantage.

Writing for sister publication MarketingTech in April, Berridge advises on using intelligent business applications to gain deeper insights into customers’ needs, identify patterns and recognise trends and create an entirely new level of intelligent customer engagement across sales, service, marketing and more.
