Project Manager
To support the growth in the US, a senior manager is required to manage projects and programs for delivery of wholesale and retail services to major carriers. This role works closely with Account Management, and Support and also liaises with Project Management staff in Europe. This manager will work to manage and execute projects (and the underlying process) to drive initiatives thru requirements, implementation and support, aligning to existing processes used globally.
This leadership role will have budgetary, project management and performance responsibilities. This manager will manage local US projects by use of traditional PM skills, problem solving resources; process, procedures, documentation.
Key responsibilities:
Manage project resources by communicating, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and threatening if required! Publishing project plans, tracking, reporting and escalating thru agree enforcement policies and procedures.
Achieves client and sales objectives by managing project plans; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, and identifying desk trends, determining system improvements, implementing change.
Manages internal and external resources for ASP service delivery, colos, hosting, staging, delivery and support. Meets project financial objectives by forecasting requirements; budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
Determines project requirements by maintaining contact with clients and sales; executes weekly project review session with all stakeholders; Maximizes project performance by providing clear responsibilities, objects and deliverables; provides advice on resolving resource allocations.
Establish, monitor and report on all project KPIs.
