Wireless Networking Engineer with Spanish or Portuguese
Scope of Responsibilities
• Provide first level technical support to customers
• Receive, investigate, resolve and track trouble tickets in a timely manner
• Provide Support to Field Technicians and Service Representatives
• Provide single point of contact for both technical and non technical customer issues
Specific Knowledge/Skills:
• Knowledge of English and Spanish/Portuguese
• Experience in Customer Service is advantage
• Orientation in TCP/IP, WAN/LAN networking applications
• Basic experience in network troubleshooting and broadband technologies
• At least basic knowledge of switching hardware, L2 protocols
• Must demonstrate initiative to learn new technologies
• Strong verbal and written skills required
• Previous experience with Motorola Canopy a plus
• Experience with Red Hat Enterprise or Cent OS Linux distributions a plus
